Pokemon Monomyth Pokedex: names, types and forms

This Pokemon Monomyth Pokedex is free, with no account. Search No001–No361 by name or type across 399 reference cards, including 38 alternate forms. The 4 unnumbered special references are separate; Seen and Caught are your own marks.

Use the lookup in three steps

  1. Choose what to find

Search a recorded name or number, narrow the results by a displayed type, and choose number order.

  2. Try Marmroot or No001

Enter Marmroot or No001. With Grass selected, the matching record remains visible; clear a conflicting type filter if it disappears.

  3. Check and keep the result

Open the record's source details, compare its version and fields, then add your own Seen/Caught marks or export JSON.

A name-and-type check

Marmroot / No001; type: Grass. Run the search and open the record's source details. Marmroot appears with Grass. Its source details attribute Name, Number, Types and Image to the official v1.0 patch; they do not supply an evolution condition.

Understand the result
Name or number
Use the observed English spelling, a name fragment, or a number such as 1, 001, #001 or No001.
Displayed type
A dual-type record matches either of its displayed types. The filter is not a damage or weakness calculation.
Seen / Caught
These are your personal marks. Caught also marks Seen; removing Seen removes Caught.
Source
Check which fields come from the official v1.0 patch and which are corroborated by community footage. A video timestamp or review date alone does not identify its game build.

Read the displayed coverage for numbered entries, form references and separate unnumbered specials. A record's evidence and your personal marks answer different questions. Use Previous/Next for 24 records per page; changing filters returns to page 1, while personal totals and JSON export include all 403 records, not just this page.

Clear the filters, check the English spelling or try the number. A missing match can reflect an alias, another version or an entry outside the stated scope; it does not prove absence from the game.

A loading error is different from an empty search. Retry the page; use the linked source if the reference remains unavailable.

Reset restores the search, type filter and number order. It keeps personal marks; correct those with the record's own Seen/Caught controls.

Pokémon field notes

How do I search the Pokemon Monomyth Pokedex?

Start with the name printed in the game or a number you can read clearly. A number search is useful when a screenshot makes the spelling uncertain. A name fragment is useful when you remember only part of it.

  • Use one filter at a time to find the initial match, then narrow it.
  • If a name search stops matching after you choose a type, clear the type filter before changing the spelling.
  • Sort by number to compare nearby records, while keeping their evidence separate.

How do I check a name and type?

Use the entry's name, number and type labels together. A numbered entry can have several form references, so open the form details rather than assuming the first picture is the only appearance. The main image is an editorial display choice, not proof of a canonical form.

Source details distinguish official v1.0 patch fields from community observations. Marmroot is also visible as No001 with Grass at 00:01 in the linked footage; Thistlepig is No002 with Grass/Ground at 00:05. These observations corroborate those labels without proving an evolution method or identifying an undisplayed video build.

Marmroot normal-palette front sprite, Grass typeCrackliss normal-palette front sprite, Fire and Poison types
Marmroot has Grass; Crackliss has Fire/Poison. Either Fire or Poison can match the dual-type reference. These are normal-palette reference sprites, not a prediction of your own Pokémon's coat.

What do Seen and Caught record?

Mark Seen when you want to remember an encounter, and Caught when you want to remember adding that Pokémon to your own collection. These controls are a personal checklist, not a readout of your save or a claim about official completion.

Caught implies Seen. If you remove Seen, Caught is removed too, so a correction does not leave contradictory personal marks. Resetting the search does not erase this checklist.

How do I keep my checklist?

Marks stay in this browser when local storage is available. They do not sync between browsers or devices and can disappear when site data is cleared. Export JSON while your marks are available if you want a separate copy.

The export keeps identities, personal marks and the reference's declared coverage. It is a record to keep or read, not a game save or an official completion certificate. Account syncing and automatic import/restoration are not provided. Older or unrecognized personal marks are kept separately in the backup, without guessing their identities.

The displayed reference sprites are WebP images. Export saves personal-mark data as JSON only, without image bytes. It does not export or edit pictures, or add watermarks to original images.

Why is a result or mark missing?

For an empty search, clear the type filter, check the English name and try the visible number. Form labels and unnumbered specials should be checked separately; a name from another version or an alias may not match the loaded reference.

If marks disappear after a refresh, check whether storage is blocked or site data was cleared. A source-loading error is a loading problem, not evidence that a species is missing. Keep a JSON copy of your marks when you need a separate record.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Is this a complete Pokemon Monomyth Pokedex?
The listed names, numbers, types and reference images cover No001–No361: 361 numbered entries and 399 normal reference cards, including 38 alternate forms. The 4 unnumbered references are separate. This is not complete encounter, evolution, move, location or future-version data.
Why does a Grass/Ground record appear under Grass?
The filter matches any displayed type on that record. It does not calculate weaknesses, resistances or damage.
Does No002 prove an evolution from No001?
No. Consecutive numbers do not establish an evolution method. Check a directly verified condition before planning an evolution.
Why does Caught also turn on Seen?
A caught record is also treated as seen in your personal checklist. Removing Seen removes both marks so you can correct the record consistently.
Can I move the checklist to another browser?
Export JSON to keep or read your record elsewhere. This tool does not provide account syncing or automatic import/restoration.
Why can I find a Pokémon in-game but not here?
Check spelling, number and type filters, then the version and form details. An alias or an unnumbered special may not appear as a numbered match. The reference's scope is not an encounter or save-file lookup.
